Farm to table
Good morning Franz, hello Philipp, alright Valentin, Axel and Simon. Our suppliers and producers cherish their products, just as our chef cherishes a good choice of ingredients.
When farmers deliver their produce to our kitchen crew, you really grasp what Farm to Table means. When they prepare the meats, boil and fry, twist and turn, garnish ice cream with wild berries, when they put sour and sweet things on the plates, that’s when nature decks the table.

We obtain fresh vegetables and fruit as well as herbs from our own garden as well as from local and regional producers and direct marketers. Not only the juices, but also the beers, wines and brandies are mainly produced regionally. The fine wines, including numerous organic wines, come in part from the adjacent monastery winery in Lana. But there is also a well-stocked assortment of international wines and spirits.
