Her six-month tenure at the yoga center “Hale Pule” with Myra Lewin sparked a passion and sensitivity for yoga that has stayed with her ever since. After exploring various teachers, styles, and practices, she began her formal yoga training in 2006 under Dona Holleman with “Centered Yoga.” Additionally, since 2000, Stefanie has been deeply engaged with various massage techniques, specializing in holistic bodywork.
Valentina Spögler
Valentina is a certified wellness consultant and Pilates instructor from South Tyrol, Italy, with a strong passion for preparing nourishing meals, engaging in physical activity, and promoting mental health. After completing her training, courses, and gaining experience in Europe and the USA, she returned to South Tyrol to work as a wellness consultant and Pilates instructor. Her mission is to inspire others to embrace a conscious, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle, focusing on a plant-based, gluten-free diet and the joy of movement. Valentina highlights the simplicity, variety, and health benefits of this lifestyle and emphasizes the importance of holistic health, including mental well-being.
Samantha Hofmann
Samantha, a certified personal trainer and movement expert in functional training with credentials from the Perform Better Institute in Munich, focuses on optimizing movement quality, minimizing injury risk, and emphasizing the importance of core stability and coordination for injury-free training. Alongside regular acrobatics training with the aerial hoop, she brings extensive expertise in massage therapy, contributing a wealth of knowledge to her practice.
