  • 15. March: Shine Your Light Yoga Special
    Brené Brown defines authenticity as “the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.” This yoga class invites you to reconnect with your fullest, brightest, most radiant self—and release anything that holds you back.
    Through a Full Body Clearing, we’ll use dynamic movements to stimulate lymphatic flow and detoxification, shedding unnecessary mental and physical baggage we don’t need for our practice. Gentle sun salutations will prepare the body for a heart-opening flow.

Matthäa is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Berlin. Yoga is an integral part of her life, and teaching brings her peace, joy, and fulfillment. In her Vinyasa classes, she teaches intuitive movements with a strong focus on the connection between body and mind. The practice is complemented by breathing exercises and guided meditation. Her passion lies in the essence of Yin Yoga, where she creates a safe space for you to surrender to the softness of body and mind while fostering the flow of Chi, the life force. She works in harmony with the meridians and incorporates acupressure based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to enrich the practice.

Matthäa starts the mornings with flowing Vinyasa Yoga, awakening body and mind, fostering mental clarity, and building strength and flexibility. In the evenings, she invites you to gentle Yin Yoga to release tension, harmonize energy flow, and find inner calm. This practice prepares you for restful sleep and inner balance.

Her training includes Vinyasa/Hatha, Kundalini, and Yin Yoga, complemented by numerous further education courses, including her qualification as an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach.

In the morning, she guides an energizing practice with powerful Hatha Yoga and flowing Vinyasa sequences that harmoniously connect breath and movement while clearing the mind. In the evening, a gentle blend of Yin Yoga and targeted breathing exercises soothes the nervous system and promotes deep relaxation. In addition to group classes, Sandra also offers private yoga and meditation sessions. Furthermore, she supports you with guidance on nutrition, aromatherapy, and a healthy, natural lifestyle.

About Daniela Thoms

Daniela has been dedicated to the art of movement for over 20 years, inspiring countless people along the way. As a mother of two, she knows firsthand how important it is to relieve stress and find balance in life.

She founded her Pilates & Barre studio, KörperLot, in Munich in 2012 and has been working as a Pilates & Barre instructor at an academy for many years. With her background as a professional dancer, Daniela brings a unique passion and depth to her classes.

Nadeen praktiziert Yoga seit über 20 Jahren und hat mehrere Yogalehrer-Ausbildungen sowie zahlreiche Fortbildungen absolviert. Ihr Weg führte sie vom Poweryoga zum Anusara Yoga mit seiner feinen Ausrichtung und inspirierenden Herzthemen. Sie drang ein in die Tiefen der Yogatherapie und -philosophie. Ihr Unterrichtsstil ist authentisch und undogmatisch, mal fröhlich-leicht, mal mit viel Raum zum Nachspüren und Ergründen der inneren Räume. Auf die Klassenthemen abgestimmte Musik unterstützt eine tiefere Resonanz und ihre menschenfreundliche Art macht es leicht, sich fallen zu lassen.

Tanja Nicholls is an expert in movement, mental regeneration, and sustainable transformation. She is the founder of pulsatori, a holistic concept for stress management and performance enhancement. With over 1,750 hours of training in yoga, fascia therapy, spiral dynamics, and bodywork, she deeply understands the impact of movement - on fascia, muscles, the nervous system, and emotions.
