Charlotte Bufler

Charlotte, experienced 700hrs+ yoga teacher, combines femininity with Vinyasa Flow. She leads from business to inner and offers Vinyasa Flow, Awakening Yoga, Yin, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga. Her inspiration comes from training with Simon Park, Patrick Beach, Biff Mithoefer, Annie Carpenter and Gabriela Bozic. Charlotte emphasises not only posture, but also a motivating smile in her classes.

Brené Brown defines authenticity as “the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.” This yoga class invites you to remember your fullest, brightest, most beautiful light – and let go of everything that holds you back from it.
In a full-body clearing, we stimulate lymph flow and detoxification with dynamic exercises, releasing unnecessary mental and physical burdens we don’t want to carry into the practice. Gentle sun salutations prepare the body for a heart-opening practice.

Franziska started out sceptical, but soon developed a deep love for yoga. She began her first Liquid Flow yoga training in 2021, followed by others. Her holistic classes work on body, mind and soul. She shares practical food for thought for life off the mat.

Boris Plücken is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti, Yin and Kundalini Yoga teacher with training in America and Europe. He lives in Berlin, is a Yin Yoga instructor and gives workshops throughout Europe. Boris is also training as a mountain guide. His classes aim to release natural energies and promote relaxation, with humour as a supporting element.

Anja is a yoga teacher, sports scientist and aspiring naturopath. With a therapeutic focus, she supports people holistically through yoga, mindfulness coaching and naturopathy. She has been leading movement groups and teaching yoga for over 10 years. She has been integrating her experience into yoga classes since 2015 and has been training students in yoga and anatomy since 2018.
