In a full-body clearing, we stimulate lymph flow and detoxification with dynamic exercises, releasing unnecessary mental and physical burdens we don’t want to carry into the practice. Gentle sun salutations prepare the body for a heart-opening practice.

Franziska started out skeptical but soon developed a deep love for yoga. In 2021, she began her first Liquid Flow Yoga training, followed by numerous others. Her holistic classes nurture the body, mind, and soul equally. Through her flows, she aims to cultivate space, relaxation, tension, calm, connection, energy, and trust. She often provides participants with thought-provoking impulses to carry the experiences from the mat into their "real" lives.

Shahed Naji is a Lebanese multidisciplinary artist and yoga teacher. His interest in meditation and Eastern philosophies developed at a young age and eventually led him to yoga. Having personally experienced the significant positive effects of yoga on the body, mind, and overall well-being, he founded the SHA-LA Studio in Berlin to create a welcoming space where he could share these benefits with a broader community.

Magdalena ist Yogalehrerin, Masseurin und Mama vom kleinen Sonnenschein Lotta. 2008 trat Yoga in ihr Leben, fünf Jahre später machte sie in Indien ihre erste Yogalehrer-Ausbildung. Es folgen weiterführende Teacher-Trainings bei Karin Furtmeier und Diana Sans. Sie unterrichtet seit 2015 und begleitet seit einigen Jahren Yogareisen und Retreats in Südtirol und ganz Italien. 2024 schloss sie ihr Training als Kundalini-Yogalehrerin ab. Ihr Anliegen ist es, dich deinem inneren Licht näherzubringen und es nach außen strahlen zu lassen!
Das (P)REHAB Retreat begleitet dich auf der Reise, deine Verbundenheit mit dir selbst zu stärken und deine körpereigene Intuition neu zu entdecken. Dies geschieht durch die Kombination von Wissenschaft & Spiritualität in den Bereichen Breathwork, Meditation und Bewegung. Es ist also kein „klassisch-tradioneller“ Ansatz eines Yoga Retreats, sondern bietet dir die Möglichkeit, individuell therapeutisch und ganzheitlich mit dir in Verbindung zu kommen. Es geht nicht nur darum, dich durch Yoga besser zu fühlen, sondern auch besser im Fühlen zu werden.
Die Stunden umfassen therapeutische Yoga-Übungen, die die körperliche und geistige Wahrnehmung schärfen und individuelle Bedürfnisse berücksichtigen. Die Intensität wird dem Tagesrhythmus angepasst: Morgens ist die Praxis stärkend, abends führt sie zur Ruhe. Der Embodiment-Ansatz ermöglicht es, sich selbst besser zu spüren und das System durch sanft therapeutisches Yoga ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen.

Als Yoga & Meditationslehrerin mit therapeutischem und trauma-sensiblem Fokus, liegt es Anja sehr am Herzen, Menschen ganzheitlich zu unterstützen. Dafür verbindet sie ihre Expertise aus den Bereichen Yoga & Achtsamkeitscoaching, sowie der Sportwissenschaft & Naturheilkunde miteinander. Seit über 10 Jahren leitet sie Individuen und Gruppen in Bewegung an. Diese umfassende Erfahrung integriert sie seit 2015 in Yoga Stunden und bildet seit 2018 auch Schüler:innen in Yoga Ausbildungen aus, insbesondere in Anatomie und Embodiment.
