Shahed Naji

Shahed Naji is a Lebanese multidisciplinary artist and yoga teacher with a deep interest in meditation and Eastern philosophies. His personal experience with yoga’s positive effects inspired him to open SHA-LA Studio in Berlin, a space dedicated to sharing these benefits with the community. The classes focus on resetting, releasing tension, and building both physical and mental strength. Emphasizing grounding movements, mindful breathwork, and dynamic sequences, these sessions provide a supportive environment for growth, resilience, and inner balance.

Shahed begins the day with a Morning Power Flow – a powerful, dynamic class that energizes the body and prepares it for the day ahead. In the evening, he leads a Evening Flow, a gentle, relaxing practice that calms the body and prepares it for rest.

    Brené Brown defines authenticity as “the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.” This yoga class invites you to reconnect with your fullest, brightest, most radiant self—and release anything that holds you back.
    Through a Full Body Clearing, we’ll use dynamic movements to stimulate lymphatic flow and detoxification, shedding unnecessary mental and physical baggage we don’t need for our practice. Gentle sun salutations will prepare the body for a heart-opening flow.

Matthäa is a yoga and meditation teacher based in Berlin. Yoga is an integral part of her life, and teaching brings her peace, joy, and fulfillment. In her Vinyasa classes, she teaches intuitive movements with a strong focus on the connection between body and mind. The practice is complemented by breathing exercises and guided meditation. Her passion lies in the essence of Yin Yoga, where she creates a safe space for you to surrender to the softness of body and mind while fostering the flow of Chi, the life force. She works in harmony with the meridians and incorporates acupressure based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to enrich the practice.

Matthäa starts the mornings with flowing Vinyasa Yoga, awakening body and mind, fostering mental clarity, and building strength and flexibility. In the evenings, she invites you to gentle Yin Yoga to release tension, harmonize energy flow, and find inner calm. This practice prepares you for restful sleep and inner balance.
